UK Praises Pakistan’s Efforts in Counter-Terrorism and Peace Initiatives


Islamabad: During an official visit to the United Kingdom, Pakistan’s Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, engaged in strategic discussions with top British military officials, including Admiral Tony Radakin and General Roland Walker.



According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the talks focused on mutual interests, strengthening bilateral defense and security cooperation, counter-terrorism strategies, and the broader regional situation. The British military leadership commended the professionalism and sacrifices of the Pakistan Armed Forces in their ongoing efforts to combat terrorism.



The meeting underscores the commitment of both nations to enhancing their defense partnership and addressing shared security challenges.
