Muzaffarabad, October 24, 2022 (PPI-OT):The AJK civil society members paid rich tributes to Zia Mustafa who was martyred in custody by Indian troops in Poonch district on this day, last year. Zia Mustafa, a resident of Rawalakot, AJK, was languishing in Kot Bhalwal jail, Jammu, since January 13, 2003 and was taken out of jail by the Indian troops, and was killed in a stage-managed encounter in Bhata Durrian, Mendhar area of Poonch district.

The members while paying tributes to Zia Mustafa on his first martyrdom anniversary urged UN to probe the killing of the victim. During school days, Zia Mustafa was awarded by then AJK leader Sardar Ibrahim Khan on his good performance in a drama in a school function.
