Tragic Incidents Claim Lives in Ludhiana Including Police Constable

Ludhiana, A series of unfortunate events in Ludhiana, Punjab, has resulted in multiple deaths, including that of a police constable under unclear circumstances. The constable, Rajiv Kumar, reportedly died from a bullet wound at his home, while a young man and two workers also lost their lives in separate incidents across the district.

According to Kashmir Media Service, Constable Rajiv Kumar, who was stationed at Civil Lines in Jagraon, Ludhiana, died from a gunshot while he was alone at his residence. The circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear. While Kumar was reported to have been battling depression, his family contends that his death was accidental, occurring as he cleaned his carbine.

In a separate incident, 24-year-old Kuldeep Singh was found deceased at his home in Kaonke Kalan village, Jagraon, after he apparently hanged himself from a ceiling fan. The reasons behind Singh’s drastic action have not been disclosed.

Additionally, a fire at a yarn manufacturing unit in Bal Singh Nagar, near Basti Jodhewal, Ludhiana, claimed the lives of two workers. The fire, which occurred under unspecified conditions, trapped the workers inside the facility, preventing their escape and leading to fatal consequences.

These series of tragic events have cast a shadow over the community, sparking concerns about workplace and personal safety in the area. Investigations are ongoing in all incidents to determine the definitive causes and any underlying issues that may have contributed to these deaths.
