Srinagar, In a heartbreaking incident, three young sisters perished in a fire that ravaged their home in the Ramsoo area of Ramban district in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The tragic event has left the community in mourning and raised concerns about fire safety in residential areas.
According to Kashmir Media Service, the fire broke out overnight, consuming the second and third floors of the family’s home. The local police confirmed the complete destruction caused by the blaze and reported the loss of three lives, all daughters of the house owner. The victims were identified as Sanya Latief, aged 9, Saika Banoo, aged 15, and Bisma Banu, aged 18.
The incident underscores the devastating impact of such tragedies on families and communities, prompting a reflection on the need for enhanced fire safety measures and emergency response mechanisms in residential settings.
