Srinagar, October 08, 2022 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, traffic on the Srinagar-Jammu highway was disrupted, today, due to shooting stones in Jammu region. Traffic police said that vehicular traffic movement along the highway was suspended due to shooting stones in Mahar area along the thoroughfare.
Being the only surface link of the Kashmir Valley with the rest of the world, the Srinagar-Jammu highway is the lifeline of the region. The Valley-bound trucks carrying the essential commodities and other vehicles pass through the highway and fruit-laden trucks from Valley head for India through this road.
