Bandipora: One person lost his life and another sustained injuries after a tractor plunged into a deep gorge in the Durban area of Onagam in Bandipora district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir today.

According to Kashmir Media Service, an official said that the deceased has been identified as Mohammad Yaseen, a resident of Malangam village of Bandipora.

The injured individual, Bilal Ahmad from Quil, Bandipora, was immediately shifted to a local medical facility. He was later referred to the District Hospital for advanced treatment.

The incident has raised concerns about road safety in the hilly terrains of the region. Further details about the circumstances leading to the accident have yet to be released.
