Karachi: A tourist visiting the Taj Mahal in Agra, India, was stopped from offering ‘Namaz’ in the monument’s garden. The incident occurred when Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel noticed the tourist, identified as a resident of West Bengal state, beginning to lay out a prayer mat in the garden area of the Taj Mahal.
According to the Kashmir Media Service, Kashmir Media Service reported that the CISF, responsible for security at the site, intervened to prevent the tourist from performing the religious ritual. The reasons for this intervention were not immediately detailed in the report.
