Waziristan: On July 9, 2024, a fierce exchange of fire between Pakistani security forces and terrorists resulted in the martyrdom of three soldiers in South Waziristan. The confrontation is part of ongoing efforts to sanitize the area of terrorist elements.
According to Inter Services Public Relations, the deceased soldiers, identified as Sepoy Asad Ullah from Mitiari District, Sepoy Muhammad Sufyan from DI Khan District, and Non-Combatant Bearer Zain Ali from Bahawalnagar District, displayed exceptional bravery during the operation.
