Three Kashmiri Youth Detained in Joint Army-Police Operation in Pulwama

Karachi, In a continued crackdown, Indian troops have arrested three Kashmiri youth in the Pulwama district today. This operation adds to the series of detentions in the region.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the youths were apprehended during a cordon and search operation conducted in the Panzu and Gamiraj areas of Pulwama district. Army officials stated, “Three suspected persons along with arms were arrested on Tuesday in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.” The operation involved personnel from both the Indian army and police.

The troops claimed to have found two pistols in possession of the arrested individuals, which they are using to justify the arrests. This latest development is part of a broader pattern of security operations in the region, often leading to the detention of local youth.
