Girls’ education has been the subject of much debate during the past decades and has become a prominent topic of debate in Pakistan. Nearly 62% of out-of-school children in Pakistan are girls. A higher dropout rate of 85% of girls is observed at the Primary school level. Whereas, only 13% of the girls make it to 9th grade.

Corporate Social Responsibility can play a major role in strategically addressing the girl’s education and developing crisis in Pakistan. Therefore, PAGE has formed a strategic partnership with the Parliamentary Task Force on SDGs and brought all key corporate stakeholders together under one forum to discuss the issues that prevail in our society which limit girls’ access to education and ways to overcome these limitations.
