Islamabad, May 19, 2023 (PPI-OT): Minister of State/ SAPM for Industries and Production, Tasneem Ahmed Qureshi distributed cheques worth of rupees 760,000 among needy and disabled persons on Friday in his constituency in Sargodha. For the purpose, a cheque distribution ceremony was arranged by Pakistan Baitulmaal wherein the minister distributed 38 cheques worth of 760,000 rupees among 28 disabled persons and 10 other needy people. Managing Director Pakistan Baitulmaal Amir Fida Piracha, Regional Director Baitulmaal Sargodha and other officials were also present on the occasion.
Addressing the event, Tasneem Ahmed said that Pakistan people party was the party of the poor, needy and a common man and was striving hard to uplift their status since the very beginning of his entry in politics. He concluded that PPP under the vision of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto would continue to serve the masses and take revolutionary steps for their welfare.
