Islamabad, September 01, 2023 (PPI-OT): The Chairman of Jammu Kashmir Self-Determination Movement International (JKSDMI), Raja Najabat Hussain, paying rich tribute to the veteran Kashmiri Hurriyat leader Syed Ali Gilani on his martyrdom anniversary has said that the mission of Syed Ali Gilani will continue till complete success. Raja Najabat Hussain was addressing a function organized in his honour by the Chairman of Youth Association of Pakistan Abdul Qadir in Islamabad.

He said the slogan coined by Syed Ali Gilani ‘We are Pakistanis and Pakistan is ours’ has become the voice of the heart of all Kashmiris. He said the Kashmiri people pay tributes to the veteran leader on his second martyrdom anniversary, today, and demand that the body of late Syed Ali Gilani be handed over to his heirs so that it could be buried in the Martyrs’ graveyard as per his will.

Raja Najabat emphasized the importance of following the footsteps of Syed Ali Gilani and said, “We can achieve freedom from Indian rule only through the completion of the mission given by him.” He added that the veteran leader endured the hardships of Indian prisons and remained steadfast but never compromised his stance on the Kashmir dispute.

He assured the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir that Kashmiri diaspora would continue their efforts to effectively highlight the Kashmir dispute at the international level. Dr Owais bin Wasi, Dr Afzal Babar, Dr Inayat Kaleem, Abdul Khaliq Butar, Kanwal Hayat, Manzoor Shah and others participated in the event. Abdul Qadir, Dr Inayat Kaleem, Manzoor Shah and others also spoke on the occasion.
