Islamabad: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has approved the procurement of essential IT equipment from multiple suppliers, enhancing operational capabilities within the judiciary system.
According to Supreme Court of Pakistan, the selected firms include M/s. Compsi (Pvt.) Ltd, Islamabad; M/s. Al-Khair Traders, Islamabad; M/s. M.M Corporation, Karachi; and M/s. Gemco, Karachi. The approved contracts will see M/s. Compsi providing two hundred branded desktop computers and essential server and SQL licenses at a total cost of Rs. 78,729,000. Meanwhile, M/s. Al-Khair Traders will supply two high-definition 4K multimedia projectors for Rs. 7,150,000, and M/s. M.M Corporation will deliver light and heavy duty scanners valued at Rs. 17,300,000. Additionally, M/s. Gemco is tasked with supplying six photocopier machines for Rs. 17,664,600.
Furthermore, due to the unmet need for 178 LaserJet printers and other specified IT components, the court has decided to initiate a re-tendering process to ensure all required equipment is acquired.
