Islamabad, The Supreme Court of Pakistan has made significant progress in case management by disposing of 463 cases in the first week of January 2024, while concurrently receiving 299 new cases.
According to Supreme Court of Pakistan, this achievement in case disposal occurred between January 1st and January 5th, 2024. The honorable Chief Justice of Pakistan and the Judges of the Supreme Court have demonstrated a strong commitment to accelerating the resolution of cases and reducing the backlog. Their continued efforts to hear cases diligently are aimed at minimizing the backlog and providing timely relief to litigants.
