Islamabad, May 13, 2022 (PPI-OT):Resolving issues faced by the lawyer community of Gujar Khan is his chief priority: NA Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervaiz Ashraf has said that the Supremacy of the constitution and rule of law would ensure progress and development in the country. He said that the role of the lawyer community is a vital reality to ensure rule of law. He said that the lawyer community has always struggled for the Supremacy of law in the country. He expressed these views during his meeting with a delegation of Gujar Khan Bar Association in Parliament House today.

While discussing the issues faced by the lawyer community in Gujar Khan, Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervaiz Ashraf reiterated that he would continue to support the lawyer community of Gujar Khan. He also said that the lawyer community is an important part of civil society and their role in upholding rule of law is supreme. He asked them to continue playing their proactive role for prompt dispensation of justice to people.

President Gujar Khan Bar Association Advocate Mohsin Saghir Bhatti and participants of the delegation extended warm felicitations to Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervaiz Ashraf on being elected unopposed as the 22nd Speaker of the National Assembly of Pakistan. They said that it is a moment of pride for the people of Gujar Khan that Raja Pervaiz Ashraf has been elected as Custodian of this House. They also requested Speaker Raja Pervaiz Ashraf to visit the Gujar Khan Bar Association at his convenience.
