New Delhi, Multiple students were apprehended by Indian police during a pro-Palestine protest held in close proximity to the Israeli embassy in New Delhi.
According to a news release by Kashmir Media Service, the protest was organized by the Students’ Federation of India (SFI) near the Israeli embassy situated on APJ Abdul Kalam road in the nation’s capital. Footage from the demonstration circulating on social platforms displays police officials forcibly removing participants. Notably, Palestinian flags were prominently displayed by the demonstrators during the event.
It’s worth noting that similar pro-Palestine protests have previously been organized in regions like Bihar and Kolkata. The Gaza region has been undergoing intense aggression from Israel over the past couple of weeks.
