Standing Committee Advocates AI Integration in Citizen Complaint Portal

Islamabad: A meeting of the Standing Committee on Parliamentary Affairs convened under the leadership of Mr. Rana Iradat Sharif Khan, MNA, in Committee Room No.7, Parliament House, Islamabad, where the performance of the Pakistan Citizen Portal (PCP) was discussed.

According to a statement by National Assembly of Pakistan, the Prime Minister Delivery Unit (PMDU) provided an overview of the Pakistan Citizen Portal’s operations. Since its launch in 2018, the portal has registered 4,415,041 individuals. Among these, 4,075,113 are Pakistani citizens, 322,103 are overseas Pakistanis, and 17,828 are foreign nationals. Mahmood Bashir Virk, Mr. Naveed Aamir, Dr. Nikhat Shakeel Khan, Mr. Mujahid Ali, Mr. Ali Muhammad, Mr. Hameed Hussain, Mr. Khurram Shahzad Virk, and Ms. Shahida Begum, along with officers from the Prime Minister’s Delivery Unit (PMDU).
