SSP Operations Islamabad Reviews Crime Strategies with Saddar Zone Officers

ISLAMABAD: Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Islamabad, Qazi Ali Raza, convened a crucial meeting with Saddar Zone officers to evaluate the crime situation and refine operational strategies.

According to Islamabad Capital Police, the meeting included SP Saddar and the Station House Officers (SHOs) of Saddar Zone. SSP Raza issued specific directives aimed at intensifying efforts against criminal gangs and ensuring the capture of their fugitive members. He stressed the importance of compiling data on individuals involved in property-related crimes and expediting their arrests.

SSP Raza instructed that investigations should be completed on merit, with challans submitted promptly to the competent courts. Officers were also advised to maintain strict surveillance on those previously released who were involved in property crimes, with immediate re-arrest if they re-offend.

The SSP underscored the necessity of apprehending individuals responsible for vehicle and motorcycle thefts and called for the maximum arrest of proclaimed offenders. He reinforced that protecting citizens’ lives and property remains a top priority, warning that negligence in this regard will not be tolerated.
