SSP Operations Islamabad Hosts Open Court to Address Public Complaints


ISLAMABAD: In an effort to enhance public trust and ensure swift resolution of issues, the Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Operations Islamabad, Qazi Ali Raza, conducted an open court session at his office. This initiative was carried out under the directives of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad, Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, as part of an open door policy aimed at addressing citizen grievances efficiently.



According to Islamabad Capital Police, during the session, citizens lodged complaints concerning land encroachments and other matters. SSP Operations listened to these concerns and instructed relevant officers to take appropriate legal actions. The officers were tasked with resolving the issues within a stipulated time frame and were required to report back on their progress.



SSP Operations emphasized the police force’s commitment to a zero-tolerance policy on violence against women and children, underscoring the priority of providing relief to the public. He reiterated the importance of upholding the law and assured that every application would be addressed on its merits. The SSP also highlighted the equal rights of all citizens, stressing the importance of protecting their lives, property, and dignity.
