Speaker Ayaz Sadiq Calls for Unity and Adherence to the Teachings of the Holy Prophet on Eid Milad-un-Nabi


Islamabad: Speaker of the National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, extended felicitations to the Muslim community on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi, emphasizing the life of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa as a source of mercy for all humanity. He highlighted that the Prophet’s teachings are a model for love, justice, and good character.



According to National Assembly of Pakistan, Speaker Sadiq emphasized that Eid Milad-un-Nabi is an opportunity to renew commitment to the Prophet’s teachings, promoting love and tolerance. He stated that love for the Prophet is integral to faith and urged adherence to his exemplary life. Sadiq stressed that the Prophet’s teachings transcend distinctions of religion and race, focusing on justice and human dignity.



He also called on religious leaders to foster inter-sectarian harmony and acquaint the youth with the Prophet’s principles. Highlighting issues of violence against women and children, Sadiq stressed the importance of ensuring their rights and security by following the Prophet’s conduct. He advocated for unity and the collective welfare of society through adherence to the Seerah.



Deputy Speaker Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah echoed these sentiments, emphasizing unity and national cohesion under the Prophet’s example. He urged the avoidance of sectarianism and prayed for peace and prosperity for Pakistan and the Muslim community.
