SP Dolphin Leads Strategy Meeting to Combat Vehicle Theft and Street Crime


Islamabad: Superintendent of Police, Dolphin Force, Khalid Mehmood Awan, convened a meeting on Thursday to strategize on crime prevention, with a particular focus on reducing vehicle theft and street crimes in the capital.



The meeting, held with officers from Rescue 15, saw the SP issuing directives to form specialized police teams to target and apprehend gang members involved in car and motorcycle theft and street robberies.



SP Dolphin instructed officers to intensify crackdowns on criminal elements and enhance the effectiveness of patrols across all city areas. He emphasized the need for every officer to actively work towards dismantling these criminal gangs.



Patrolling and emergency response units were urged to increase their vigilance to prevent crimes and ensure public safety.



SP Dolphin reiterated that protecting citizens’ lives and property and maintaining peace in the city remain the top priorities for the Islamabad Police. He called for all available resources to be deployed in combating crime and upholding law and order in the federal capital.
