Pulwama, December 28, 2022 (PPI-OT):The State Investigation Unit (SIU) on Wednesday conducted raids and carried out searches at various locations in district Shopian and Pulwama. In district Shopian, the sleuths of SIU Shopian conducted raids and searches at two locations at Zainpora and in district Pulwama, raids and subsequent search was carried out at a location in Naina Bhatpora village, a statement said.
“During the search, the sleuths of SIU collected and seized incriminating material and important documents including digital devices. Proper SOPs were followed while carrying out the search in the suspected locations,” it said. It is pertinent to mention that the raids were conducted in connection with an investigation of a case filed under black law Unlawful Activities Prevention Act. Two youth arrested in the case are presently under judicial custody.
