Karachi, Custodian Chief Minister of Sindh, Justice (Rtd) Maqbool Baqir, emphasized the significance of investing in the country’s intellectual capital to enhance the prospects of intelligent students who are eager to contribute positively to society. This statement was made during the MoU signing ceremony between IBA Karachi and JFF-UGI for the donation of a Computer Science School to IBA.
According to Chief Minister Sindh, the event, held at a local hotel, was attended by caretaker provincial ministers Brigadier (retd) Haris Nawaz, Rana Hussain, Secretary Universities and Boards Noor Simon, and other dignitaries. The Chief Minister remarked on the donation of a $1.5 million building to IBA’s School of Computer Science and Mathematics by JFF-UGI, highlighting it as not just financial support but a crucial investment in the nation’s future.
