Hyderabad: The Sindh Public Service Commission has scheduled the screening test for the Combined Competitive Examination 2023 to be held on Saturday, the 10th of August, 2024. The test, crucial for numerous administrative and governmental roles within the region, will take place simultaneously across Hyderabad, Karachi, Sukkur, and Larkana.

According to Public Service Commission Sindh, the screening test will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) covering subjects such as English General, General Knowledge including Pakistan Affairs, Current Affairs, Everyday Science, and Simple Arithmetic. The examination will comprise 100 MCQs to be answered in 100 minutes, with each incorrect answer resulting in a deduction of 0.25 marks. Aspirants need to secure a minimum of 50% to be declared successful in this screening phase.

This examination serves as a preliminary step in the selection process for candidates aspiring to enter various sectors of the Sindh public service. The commission has emphasized the importance of this test in ensuring that only the most capable and well-prepared candidates move forward in the competitive selection process.
