Sindh Governor Stresses Strengthening Pakistan-U.S. Ties for Regional Benefits

Karachi: During a recent event at the American Embassy in Islamabad, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesuri emphasized the importance of strengthening the relationship between Pakistan and the United States for the broader benefit of the region.

According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesuri spoke about the historical fluctuations in Pakistan-U.S. relations and advocated for enhanced cooperation between the two nations. He made these remarks while participating in a program organized to celebrate America’s National Day. Upon his arrival at the embassy, he was welcomed by U.S. Ambassador Donald Blome and Consul General Conrad Tribble. Governor Tesuri also extended his congratulations to the American people on their National Day.

During his speech, Governor Tesuri highlighted the significant impact of U.S. investments in Sindh, noting their role in alleviating poverty and reducing unemployment within the region. This collaboration, he suggested, is crucial for the stability and prosperity of both countries and can lead to a more interconnected and mutually beneficial relationship.
