Karachi, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesuri emphasized the significant role of civil officers in the development, peace, and prosperity of a country during a meeting with participants of the 2nd Mid-Career Management Course from Balochistan. He highlighted the importance of civil service as the backbone of the country’s administrative structure.
According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesuri addressed the civil officers at the Governor’s House, urging them to prepare for new challenges and focus on providing maximum relief to the people. He commented on the perceived decline in civil services over time and stressed the need for strengthening institutions for national progress.
Governor Tesuri specifically mentioned Balochistan, noting its unique wealth in mineral resources. He encouraged the officers to play a vital role in addressing people’s problems and contributing to the region’s development.
Highlighting the importance of national unity and integrity, Governor Tesuri referred to General Asim Munir’s efforts against economic terrorism and praised the establishment of the SIFC (Sindh Industrial and Financial Capital) as a commendable initiative. He underscored the need for collective efforts to enhance the integrity and stability of Pakistan and encouraged the officers to work towards projecting a positive image of the country globally.
