Karachi, In a message addressing the tragic events of May 9, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori condemned the acts of violence that occurred and commended the Pakistan Army for its restraint and crucial role in maintaining peace in the country. He emphasized the importance of national unity and vigilance against those who tarnish Pakistan’s reputation through such acts.

According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesori expressed deep sorrow over the desecration of mosques and memorials during the May 9 incident, labeling these acts as egregious offenses that no external enemy had dared commit. He highlighted the Army’s patient approach to handling the situation, crediting the military for the safety and stability experienced in Pakistan today. He warned against undervaluing the sacrifices of those who defend the nation’s borders, citing the ongoing struggle in Palestine as a stark reminder of what could be lost.
