Karachi: Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori lauded the Japan Self Defense Forces as a symbol of peace and security while highlighting their commendable role in United Nations peacekeeping missions. His remarks came during the 70th anniversary celebration of Japan Self Defense Forces Day.

According to Sindh Governor House, the event saw participation from the Ambassador of Japan, Mr. Akamatsu, and Mr. Takano Shuichi, who extended a warm welcome to the Governor of Sindh, various diplomats, and other distinguished guests. Governor Tesori emphasized the strong bilateral relations between Japan and Pakistan and paid tribute to the Japanese forces. He remarked that the hard work and progress of the Japanese nation serve as an exemplar for others.
