Karachi, September 12, 2023 (PPI-OT): Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori has said that the business community is worried because of energy problems in the country, they are trying to provide some kind of relief. He further said that Federal Minister Muhammad Ali has fulfilled his promise to come to Karachi, for which I thank him, the Federal Minister has come here with his entire team. He expressed these views while addressing a press conference in the Governor House along with the Caretaker Federal Energy Minister Muhammad Ali. Governor Sindh further said that the improvement of the economy is the first priority of all of us, we are all trying to support the economy to keep the economy going.

He said that due to international agreements, they are not able to give relief but despite these agreements. They will give some kind of relief. They said that I had said a few days ago that the dollar will fall below 300, today I am saying again that the dollar will fall further, big investment will come from friendly countries, the country’s problems will soon be solved. There will be solutions. Federal Minister Muhammad Ali said that action has been taken against smuggling and power theft. The division can be found on the website and social media, working with the Prime Minister to control the price of electricity.

He further said that before October 31, he will announce the special electricity tariff for the traders, who are arranging gas to give to the industries in winter. He said that they are working indiscriminately to stop electricity theft, we have to run the industries in the country, the proposals of the business community will be presented to the Prime Minister.
