Karachi: Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tesori took proactive steps to address two serious incidents in Karachi, engaging directly with top law enforcement officials to ensure swift justice and public safety.
According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesori made urgent telephonic contact with the Inspector General (IG) of Sindh to discuss a disturbing case involving the murder and sexual assault of a girl in the Lucky Star Sadar area. The Governor stressed the importance of taking all possible measures to bring the perpetrators to justice promptly. The IG assured him that efforts were underway to apprehend those responsible.
Additionally, Governor Tesori spoke with the Additional IG of Karachi regarding a separate incident of firing at a rally in the Gulbahar/Golimar area, seeking detailed information and an update on the investigation. This conversation underscores the Governor’s commitment to maintaining law and order and protecting the citizens of Karachi.
