Sindh Governor Announces Gold Medal Reward for Outstanding Olympic Performance


Karachi: In a show of support for the nation’s athletes, the Governor of Sindh, Kamran Khan Tesuri, has announced that a gold medal will be awarded to any Pakistani athlete who delivers an outstanding performance at the Olympics. This gesture aims to acknowledge and incentivize the hard work and dedication of the national team.



According to Sindh Governor House, Governor Tesuri expressed his admiration for the Pakistani Olympic team’s enthusiasm and perseverance despite facing significant resource constraints. He conveyed his best wishes to the athletes, expressing confidence in their ability to achieve great success and bring pride to the country.



The Governor specifically mentioned several athletes by name, including Arshad Nadeem, Jahan Ara, Ahmad Durrani, Ahmed Ali Khan, Faiqa Riaz, Ghulam Mustafa, Kashmala Talat, and Gulfam Joseph Fateh Anzaz, highlighting his high hopes for their performance in the games.
