Karachi: In a delightful local tour, Sindh Governor Kamran Khan and Olympic gold medalist Arshad Nadeem visited two of Karachi’s renowned eateries, Javed Nihari and Punjab Lassi House, where they were warmly received by fans and food enthusiasts. The duo’s presence in the bustling Dastgir area surprised many, prompting a flurry of selfie sessions and shared moments of appreciation for the city’s culinary offerings.
According to Sindh Governor House, the visit was marked by spontaneous interactions and tastings of some of Karachi’s finest traditional dishes. At Javed Nihari restaurant, both the Governor and Nadeem enjoyed the famous Nihari, with Arshad Nadeem commending its deliciousness. The journey continued to Punjab Lassi House on Burns Road, where they sampled the iconic lassi. Nadeem expressed his admiration for the lassi’s taste and also remarked on the affectionate nature of Karachi’s residents.
