Karachi, Eight new members were sworn into the provincial cabinet during a simple and solemn ceremony at the Governor’s House. The swearing-in event marked an expansion of the Sindh government’s cabinet, with Governor Sindh Kamran Khan Tessori administering the oaths.
According to Sindh Governor House, Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah attended the ceremony, which was organized by Sindh Chief Secretary Syed Asif Haider Shah. The event began with the national anthem and a recitation from the Holy Quran.
The new ministers who took the oath are Jam Ikramullah Dharijo, Makhdoom Mehboob-ul-Zaman, Riaz Shirazi, Dost Ali Rahman, Shahid Salam Thahim, Muhammad Ali Malkani, Shaheen Sher Ali, and Tariq Talpur.
A significant number of members from both the National and Provincial Assembly, as well as people from various walks of life, were present at the swearing-in ceremony, reflecting the importance of the event within the provincial governance landscape.
