Karachi: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has issued a statement expressing his unwavering support for Operation Bunyanun Marsus, emphasizing Pakistan’s commitment to its sovereignty and national security. Shah highlighted the unity of the nation in supporting the armed forces and called on the international community to address rising regional tensions.
“Pakistan will not tolerate any infringement upon its sovereignty,” the chief minister declared, underscoring the nation’s readiness to respond decisively to any aggression. Murad Shah praised the Pakistani armed forces for their courage and dedication in protecting the country.
The chief minister emphasized the national pride inspired by Operation Bunyanun Marsus, asserting that any aggression would be met with a proportionate response. He expressed concern over regional instability, citing India’s increasing war rhetoric as a significant threat to peace.
“Pakistan is a peace-loving and responsible nation, but we will never compromise on matters of national security,” Shah stated, highlighting the country’s commitment to peace alongside its resolve for self-defense.
Shah urged the United Nations and international community to address India’s provocative actions and work towards de-escalation in the region. He affirmed the solidarity of the people of Sindh with the Pakistan Army, commending recent retaliatory strikes as essential to safeguarding national interests.
