KARACHI: Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and British Deputy High Commissioner Alison Blackburne convened to assess the outcomes and subsequent actions following the recent investment roundtable at the Chief Minister House.
According to Chief Minister Sindh, the meeting included Tom Burge, Deputy Head of Mission in Karachi, and Asif Jameel, the Chief Minister’s Secretary. Discussions focused on converting the roundtable’s discussions into tangible initiatives to draw investment into Sindh. Chief Minister Shah emphasized the provincial government’s dedication to facilitating investors and enhancing collaboration with British enterprises across key sectors such as infrastructure, energy, information technology, agriculture, and public services.
The meeting highlighted the need for ongoing engagement between the Government of Sindh and the British High Commission to boost trade, investment, and economic partnership.
