Srinagar, November 03, 2021 (PPI-OT):In Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the All Parties Hurriyat Conference has strongly condemned the intensified use of military power and brutal tactics by the Modi-led fascist Indian regime to suppress the Kashmiri people’s demand for freedom.

The APHC spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar said setting up of another persecuting body in the name of State Investigation Agency is yet another tool to tighten noose around the people of Jammu and Kashmir. Referring to the recent upsurge in raids on residences of resistance leaders and activists and businessmen and employees, he said the agency has been given a permanent job to terrorize the freedom-loving people of the territory.

Lashing out at the Indian fascist regime for its sadistic and unrealistic approach, the APHC spokesman maintained that all repressive measures adopted by India in the occupied territory have failed and urged New Delhi to shun its stubbornness and military arrogance and accept the ground reality in Kashmir.

“People of Kashmir are engaged in an indigenous resistance movement for their inalienable right to self-determination guaranteed by the United Nations in its Security Council resolutions. Therefore, New Delhi’s approach to approach to resolve the Kashmir dispute militarily is absolutely violation of the UN resolutions and Geneva Convention,” the spokesman said.

He urged the United Nations Human Rights Council and other rights bodies to take cognizance of the widespread killings, arbitrary arrests and repressive practices of Indian occupational forces to terrorize civilian population in the occupied territory.
