Srinagar, April 17, 2022 (PPI-OT):Kashmir Traders and Manufacturers Federation, today, expressed great concern over the recent orders issued by the Modi regime regarding installation of CCTV cameras at all shops of the city saying they cannot afford it due to crippling economic conditions.
KTMF President Shahid Hussain Mir and Patron Mohammad Sadiq Baqal urged the administration to reverse the order in view of the shopkeepers’ inability to comply with them. They added that shopkeepers were not in a position to install the surveillance systems in their business establishments as the system costs from Rs. 20000 to 30000 which they cannot afford. Due to the recent lockdown the business community is already facing losses, they said.
