Karachi: In a ceremony held at the Governor’s House, Governor of Sindh administered the oath of office to Senior Justice Nimatullah Phalpoto, who will serve as Acting Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court. This appointment comes as Justice Muhammad Shafi Siddiqui takes leave from his duties.
According to Sindh Governor House, Senior Justice Nimatullah Phalpoto will temporarily assume the responsibilities of the Chief Justice during Justice Siddiqui’s absence. The ceremony was described as simple and dignified, marking a transitional period in the Sindh High Court’s administration.
