Islamabad: Senator Rubina Khalid, Chairperson of the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), hosted a live E-Katcheri session, directly engaging with program beneficiaries to address their concerns and streamline support services.
According to Press Information Department, during the live session on BISP’s official Facebook page, Senator Khalid interacted with 33 callers, discussing issues related to enrollment and eligibility for various BISP programs such as Benazir Kafaalat, Taleemi Wazaif, and Nashonuma.
She provided immediate instructions for the resolution of complaints and emphasized the importance of safeguarding personal information and following official procedures for receiving program benefits. The session underscored the BISP’s commitment to transparency and the efficient delivery of support to Pakistan’s most vulnerable populations.
