Podgorica: In a diplomatic engagement aimed at fostering international parliamentary collaboration, Senator Qurat-Ul-Ain Marri extended a formal invitation to the Vice-President of the Parliament of Montenegro for participation in the Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC), slated to be held in Islamabad on November 11-12, 2025.

During a sideline meeting at the Women Political Leaders Summit, the leader of Pakistan’s Senate delegation, Senator Marri, conveyed warm greetings from the Chairman of the Senate. She formally invited the Montenegrin parliamentary delegation to join the forthcoming conference, emphasizing the significance of global legislative dialogue.

The Vice-President of Montenegro’s Parliament expressed appreciation for the invitation and gratitude towards the Pakistani delegation for attending the summit in Podgorica. The gesture was warmly received, marking a step forward in strengthening parliamentary relations between the two nations.

The forthcoming ISC in Islamabad is anticipated to be a pivotal platform for dialogue, bringing together legislative leaders from various countries to discuss pressing global issues and enhance inter-parliamentary cooperation.
