Islamabad: A delegation from Bosnia and Herzegovina, led by Mr. Edin Dilberovic, General Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, met with Senator Saleem Mandviwalla, Chairman of the Senate Standing Committee on Finance and Revenue, at Parliament House. The meeting aimed to deepen bilateral relations and explore trade, investment, and parliamentary collaboration between the two nations.
According to Senate of Pakistan, the Bosnian delegation included Mr. Zlatan Burzic, Chief of the Cabinet of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Mr. Emin Cohodarevic, the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Pakistan. Discussions revolved around enhancing cooperation in various economic sectors and identifying opportunities for investment and business partnerships.
Senator Mandviwalla emphasized Pakistan’s dedication to enhancing its relationship with Bosnia and Herzegovina, highlighting shared values and mutual benefits. Both sides expressed a keen interest in increasing trade volumes and stressed the importance of establishing direct communication channels between the business communities of both countries. The meeting also addressed the need for enhancing parliamentary ties to facilitate the exchange of best practices and foster closer ties between legislative bodies.
