Islamabad: Senator Dr. Zarqa Suharwardy Taimur, the Chairperson of the Senate Functional Committee on Devolution, presided over a meeting at Parliament House on Monday, focusing on the progress and challenges of devolution in Pakistan.

According to Senate of Pakistan, the meeting gathered various stakeholders to discuss the implementation of devolutionary measures and their impact on federal and provincial governance. The committee reviewed recent initiatives and assessed the obstacles hindering smoother devolution processes.
