Islamabad: In a significant meeting held at the Parliament House, Senate Chairman Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani convened with a 21-member Chinese business delegation to discuss various aspects of bilateral cooperation. The delegation, comprising prominent business leaders, explored multiple avenues for enhancing trade and economic partnerships between China and Pakistan.
According to Senate of Pakistan, the meeting underscored the importance of strengthening economic ties and expanding collaboration in sectors of mutual interest. Chairman Gilani emphasized the need for increased investments and joint ventures, which are expected to bolster economic growth and create new opportunities in both countries.
The discussions also touched upon the development of infrastructure projects, technology exchange, and enhancing the capacity of human resources in Pakistan.
