Islamabad: At the International Seerat Nabi (SAWW) Conference held recently in the capital, Senate Chairman Yousaf Raza Gillani emphasized the importance of interfaith and inter-sectarian dialogue as essential tools for achieving global peace and harmony. He highlighted the teachings of the Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) as foundational in promoting justice, compassion, and interfaith understanding.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Gillani underscored the profound impact that adhering to the Prophet’s teachings could have on fostering a world characterized by peace, harmony, and love. He called for collective efforts to enhance dialogue and mutual understanding among different faiths and sects, viewing it as crucial to resolving global conflicts and misunderstandings.
