Security Operation in Peshawar Leads to Casualties Among Terrorists and Soldiers


Peshawar, A security operation conducted by the Pakistani forces in Hassan Khel, Peshawar District, resulted in the death of five terrorists and injuries to three others.



According to Inter Services Public Relations, the operation was based on intelligence about the presence of terrorists in the area.



During an intense exchange of fire, Captain Hussain Jahangir, aged 25 from Rahim Yar Khan District, and Havaldar Shafiq Ullah, aged 36 from Karak District, were killed. Both soldiers were leading their troops and made the ultimate sacrifice. The operation is ongoing, with sanitization efforts to root out any remaining terrorists. This incident underscores the Pakistani security forces’ commitment to combating terrorism.
