Islamabad, In a decisive operation, security forces successfully repelled a terrorist assault on Pakistan Naval Base Siddique in Turbat, ensuring the safety of personnel and the security of the base’s assets. The rapid response and coordination between various branches of the armed forces were crucial in neutralizing the threat posed by the attackers.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the incident saw an immediate and coordinated response from security forces stationed nearby, supporting naval troops on the ground. The joint clearance operation resulted in the elimination of all four terrorists involved in the attempt to breach the naval base. The operation’s success underscored the effectiveness and readiness of Pakistan’s security apparatus in facing such threats.

However, the engagement was not without sacrifice. Sepoy Noman Fareed of the Frontier Corps Balochistan, displayed remarkable bravery in the line of duty and was martyred during the intense exchange of fire with the terrorists.
