Security Forces Personnel Killed in Gwadar Mob Attack

Gwadar: A violent confrontation in Gwadar district on July 29 led to the death of Sepoy Shabbir Baloch, a 30-year-old soldier from District Sibi, and injuries to sixteen other security forces personnel, including an officer.

According to Inter Services Public Relations, the incident occurred when a group, identifying themselves as Baloch Raji Muchi, targeted security forces personnel stationed in the area. The attack not only resulted in casualties but also spurred a series of doctored images and videos spread across social media, aiming to gather support for the attackers through deceitful tactics.

Despite the provocations, security forces exercised considerable restraint to prevent civilian casualties. The violent actions of the group have been strongly condemned, and measures are being taken to bring those responsible to justice. In light of the misleading propaganda, the public has been urged to remain vigilant, maintain peace, and support law enforcement efforts to uphold safety and order. Security forces continue their resolve to protect the peace and stability of Balochistan against any attempts to disrupt it.
