Rawalpindi, In a decisive action against terrorism, security forces carried out an intelligence-based operation in the Dera Ismail Khan District on 25 March 2024, targeting a group of terrorists reported to be hiding in the area. The operation led to a fierce exchange of fire, resulting in the elimination of four terrorists, including known figures such as Mustafa, Qismat Ullah, and Islam Ud Din.

According to Inter Services Public Relations, the individuals neutralized in the operation were implicated in a series of terrorist activities aimed at security forces and the killing of innocent civilians. The operation also led to the recovery of a significant cache of weapons, ammunition, and explosives, underscoring the threat posed by these terrorists to local security and stability.
