Tank District, Security forces successfully neutralized seven terrorists in an intelligence-based operation last night in the Kiri Machan Khel area of Tank District. The operation, initiated due to the reported presence of terrorists, resulted in the destruction of terrorist hideouts and the recovery of weapons and ammunition.
According to Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), the security forces engaged in intense fire exchanges with the terrorists during the operation. These terrorists were implicated in recent target killings of police officers in Tank and surrounding areas. The ongoing sanitization operation aims to eliminate any remaining terrorist elements in the area. Locals have shown strong support for the security forces, aiding in the effort to combat terrorism in their region.
