Security Forces Neutralize Eight Khwarij in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Operations


Khyber Pakhtunkhwa: Security forces in Pakistan have eliminated eight Khwarij in two separate operations within the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province. In coordinated efforts, the operations aimed to dismantle terrorist activities in the region.



According to Inter Services Public Relations, the first operation took place in the Sararogha area of South Waziristan District. Security forces engaged with the Khwarij, resulting in the deaths of two individuals, including Khan Muhammad, also known as Khoryay, a leader involved in various terrorist acts such as target killings and extortion. Khan Muhammad was a high-priority target for law enforcement, with a PKR 1 million bounty on his head. Two additional Khwarij members were apprehended during this operation.



In a separate incident in Lakki Marwat District, security forces neutralized six Khwarij following a fierce exchange of fire. These operations reflect ongoing efforts to eradicate terrorism in the region, with sanitization activities continuing to ensure the area is cleared of any remaining threats.
